My Day-to-Day Essentials as an Entrepreneur
As an entrepreneur, there are certain products that I just can't live without. These are my absolute favorites, and I'm excited to share them with you! Whether you're just starting out or you've been in business for a while, these are some products I simply couldn't live without as a young entrepreneur. Here are my favorites!
Cute Coffee Shop
As a student living in Minneapolis, I have an endless selection of cute coffee shops to choose from. As a remote worker, it's really nice to get out of the house and spend a couple hours working in an open public space like a coffee shop. In addition, coffee shops provide a great social atmosphere, which is perfect for networking and meeting new people. If you're ever feeling stuck in a rut or needing to get out of the house, I highly recommend working from a coffee shop for a change of pace. You might be surprised at how much more productive you can be!
Intentional Living Planner
If you've ever been in a meeting with me, there's a 100% chance that I have one of my intentional living planners there. My planner goes with me EVERYWHERE... no joke. There's nothing like color coding my week with work meetings, brainstorming sessions, quality friend time, etc. I don't know about you, but my planner provides a sense of security for me, when everything is laid out and I know exactly what is happening and when its happening. From time to time, I'll even add little inspirational quotes or reminders in my planner to keep me going throughout the week! If you're not an intentional living planner kind of person, that's okay! There are tons of other ways to keep your life organized and under control. But for me, having my intentional living planner is key to a successful week.
Sprouted Planner is one of my favorite planners because it helps me to stay organized and reflects on my life. The checklist section is easy to use and the space provided for reflection is valuable. Simple Notebook
I have always been a person who loves writing with pen and paper, and I have found the best way for me to stay organized is to use a notebook.
I believe that there is no such thing as the "perfect notebook." This is because every person has different needs and preferences when it comes to writing. However, I absolutely love my Fringe notebook! I use it every day, several times a day, and it has definitely seen better days. Despite its battered appearance, I find that it still works perfectly for me. The pages are nice and thick, so they don't bleed through when I use pens or markers. Plus, the lined pages are the perfect size for me to write in. Overall, I would highly recommend the Fringe notebook to anyone who is looking for a new notebook to write in.
Glass Water Bottle
As an "on the go" kind of girl, its easy to forget to hydrate. Whether it be running from class to class, business meeting to business meeting, or tailoring to my plant babies, water is an ESSENTIAL. One of my favorite water bottles of all time is this glass water bottle from Amazon. It honestly makes drinking water fun and it’s sleek looking. I can't tell you how much water I drink in a day, but I do know that it's a lot more when I'm using an awesome glass tumbler like this one!

Blue Light Glasses
As someone who works remotely, I'm always on my laptop or phone. And one essential that I've found to be invaluable is a pair of blue light glasses. Blue light is a high-frequency color on the visible light spectrum that's been linked to eye strain, headaches, and even insomnia. By wearing blue light glasses, I'm able to filter out a lot of the harmful blue light and protect my eyes and the coming night’s rest.

Coffee Coffee Coffee
As a former barista, I have found a deep passion for good coffee. I love trying different coffees from all over the world and learning about the different brewing methods. My favorite part of the day is when I can sit down with a good cup of coffee and relax. I often find myself motivated to work on after-work sessions because of how great coffee makes me feel. In addition to its great taste, coffee also has many health benefits. Coffee is rich in antioxidants and has been shown to improve cognitive function. It is also a great source of energy and can help to increase your metabolism.
Functional Pens
If you know me, you would know that I have a huge passion for colorful pens. Since middle school, I have always been the girl in class with the color-coded notes because I refused to study off of notes that didn't look good.
I know, quite high maintenance. lol
As an adult, I still LOVE a good pen to organize information, assign different purposes, and accentuate my meeting notes.
One of my all time favorite pens to add a pop of color to my documents are Tombow Dual Brush Pens in the color theme Cottage. For my day to day pens, I love a thin point pen for clear notes. So for a classic pen, I use Muji Pens. Both pen brands have really beautiful ink colors that don't bleed through paper and write so smooth! What's your favorite pen brand?
