Who is Altar’d Socials?

If you have been here since the beginning, you may have seen this business go through several branding changes. As a business (and the business owner) grow, this leads to traits changing.

My name is Claire Ficek, and I am the CEO + founder of Altar’d Socials. I started this business 4 years ago during my senior year of high school (I know, 18 and running a business?!) Well, it runs in my blood! Both of my parents run their own companies, and they were the ones encouraging me to start this business at such a young age. I worked through TONS of imposter syndrome, and here I am 4 years later, getting ready to graduate college and make this business my full-time job!

When I started this business, I named it “Social By Claire”. It was pretty obvious what this meant: Claire was doing your socials. The colors were hot pink and I was focused on working with women entrepreneurs. But as I grew my team and had more experience under my belt, I knew there had to be a change.

The name “Altar’d Socials” came into my mind when I was brainstorming names for the business.

The name is a play on words. We are “altering” your socials while bringing everything we do to the “Altar” of God.

I recently felt on my heart that the Lord was wanting more of my business. I want Altar’d Socials to be my ministry, and to do that, He needs complete control of it. This means you will be seeing some changes to our content! We will be starting to post more Christian-focused content that will hope to reach Christian entrepreneurs.
